The Skalpel is hailed as “the world’s most stylish steak knife”. But it’s not just for surgeon’s who want to take their work home with them while they enjoy a steak dinner. Much like a surgeon’s blade, it is inspired by, this is a precision cutting instrument, handcrafted by knife-master Stuart Mitchell in Sheffield, England using a single block of high carbon, surgical grade stainless steel. It has grooves in the handle for a better grip and a blade that is engineered to stay sharper longer. Now that’s a steak knife! It will be live on Kickstarter on February 19.
