Inspired by flat-pack home assembly kits, and food, we guess, the Sandwichbike is a do-it-yourself bicycle made up of a couple of pieces of pressed plywood, a conventional single-speed drivetrain and a bountiful supply of custom-made components. It’s a strong, smooth ride and a real head-turner, taking the environmental credentials of cycling to whole new levels.
