Retro gadget maker Love Hulten pays homage to Dieter Rams with a special edition of his R-Kaid-R retro portable arcade console. For this build, Hulten borrowed the aesthetics of Braun’s SK-4 record player and T3 pocket radio, both of which were designed by Rams in the late ’50s. It also has a matching minimalist user interface. Like all R-Kaid-R consoles, the SK-4 emulates many retro systems, including the Atari 2600, NES and Sega Mega Drive. It can store over 10,000 games.
