The result of a tub brewing and shooting session, Tub Gin ($33) has unique history that appeals to gin drinkers and bar/lounge patrons alike. Today, Tub is distilled by Colorado-based Ska Brewing Company’s custom Peach Street Distiller from several hand-picked Colorado Juniper berries. Along with coriande, Tub is features notes of citrus peel, oris root, and other botanicals.
