A fabulous follow-up to its electric sedan proposal a couple of years ago, the Sony Vision-S 02 Concept SUV builds upon that car’s EV and cloud platform for something that may rival the likes of the Tesla Model-S. Specs are sketchy so far, but it’s a 7-seater all-electric, all-wheel drive powered by a pair of 200kW motors good for a top speed of over 112mph (the first 60 in less than five seconds). Seems Sony’s getting serious about manufacturing electric vehicles, meaning things are going to get interesting.
