Root Out Whisky

A new one to us that won’t be for everyone’s taste (though we liked it!), but you certainly have to appreciate the experimentation behind Root Out Whisky. The root beer flavored Canadian brew has been aged for four years in American oak bourbon barrels lending it a slight vanilla undertone that’s delicious on the rocks or served in a cocktail.
