Unveiled at CES, the Rabbit R1 quickly captured attention, selling out its initial 10,000 units within 24 hours of launch. This compact personal assistant, developed in collaboration with Teenage Engineering, is causing a buzz in the tech world. Sporting a vibrant orange hue and pocket-sized design, the AI assistant operates as a personalized operating system, seamlessly executing tasks in response to voice commands. Users can utilize a push-to-talk button, akin to a walkie-talkie, to manage apps through predefined scripts called “rabbits,” eliminating the need for reaching for smartphones. The 2.88-inch touchscreen navigation employs an analog scroll wheel, and the 360-degree rotating camera facilitates photo capture from any angle.
