Blending a spirit to a specific profile is extremely difficult to do consistently but the folks at Gonzalez Byass figured it out. Born in Scotland and finished in Jerez, Nomad is a premium blended whisky made of 30 different whiskies, mainly from Speyside, of 5 to 8 years old and 40% malt. The unique blend is aged in former oloroso Sherry casks in Invergordon for three years to create a perfect balance before being bottled.
