Microsoft takes direct aim at Apple’s MacBook Pro and Air with the new Surface Laptop, a perfect blend of style and function featuring a 13.5-inch PixelSense touchscreen and a keyboard draped in smooth Alcantara microfiber material. Lighter and more powerful than the two notebook in its crosshairs, it runs on Microsoft’s Windows 10s and powered by Intel’s latest Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs. Although the design is extremely thin, it houses a battery pack that holds a 14.5-hour charge, speakers behind the keys and can house up a SSD up to 1TB.
