GoPro’s new flagship action camera boasts HyperSmooth 2.0, an improved and now adjustable version of the electronic image stabilization that was introduced in the Hero 7. The Hero 8 Black also introduces GoPro’s Mods. These are optional cases that have built-in peripherals such as lights, a fold-out display, and cold-shoe mounts. The camera also features four digital lenses that give you more control over the zoom. Finally, it has foldable fingers, so you no longer need to put it in a case just to attach it to mounts.
