Apple releases a budget-friendly iPhone amid coronavirus crisis. The second-generation iPhone SE is a lower-cost model priced at $399 to attract the budget-conscious consumer. While the SE lacks Apple’s FaceID, it uses a fingerprint sensor similar to the older models.
